Who needs it
For eligible citizens holding a passport of a listed country, for permitted tourism or business visits. The United Kingdom entry means British Citizen; other listed British nationality passports, non-citizen passports and certificates of identity are excluded. Apply and receive the grant while outside Australia; other visa criteria still apply.
