How do subscriptions work?
VisaWise offers monthly and annual subscriptions through Apple. There is no free trial. The App Store shows the current local price and billing period before purchase.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open VisaWise and choose Restore Purchase on the paywall or in Settings. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account settings. Deleting VisaWise does not cancel a subscription.
How do I export or delete my data?
Use the export control to create a copy for your own records. Use Settings → Delete all local data to remove the local ledger. Files you already exported remain where you saved or shared them.
How do I contact support?
Email the support address below. Do not send passport numbers or a full travel ledger unless support asks for a specific detail.
